The benefits of this are massive, and you may have read one of our earlier blogs on how you should be transporting your operations into the cloud. And the movement is already well underway. Intuit Quickbooks predicts that 78% of small businesses will rely on cloud technology by 2020.
But it’s all very well us telling you to start adopting cloud accounting, but how exactly do you do that? Where do you even begin? What cloud accounting software should you use?

First off, we’re offering group training at our offices, and with up to 4 people per session. You can be guaranteed enough time to get to grips with what you need. Aimed at differing levels, you can either choose from inputting, checking or reporting.
Inputting is designed for those who will be the everyday keeper of the software, the person who will be inputting data, creating invoices, adding purchase orders etc. So we’ll give you the chance to really get to grips with the software and see how it works in practice.
Then there’s Checking. This is for someone who is comfortable using the software, but just wants to run through the checks that are available, to see everything is in order, and oversee how to maintain the software.
Finally, there’s Reporting. This is for the person who is responsible for analysing the accounts. Learn how to produce reports from the system, and to find out what exactly information you can find out to ensure you keep on top of how your business is performing.
